ASSEMBLY LINE LABORER:
You will be tasked with work in various build stages assembling body, interior and trim components on double-decker buses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow work instructions from the department foreman.
- Always have quality in mind when doing your work.
- Read and understand English well so you can follow drawings and standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
- Be compliant with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
- Communicate.
- Show up to work everyday and be on time.
Qualifications:
- The ability to learn production processes and techniques quickly.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work with tools.
- Be able to lift more than 25lbs
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Willing to work overtime
- Have you over transportation
MECHANICS
Mechanics will be asked to work on the assembly line assembling and installing complex sub assemblies such as suspension, mounting engines, a/c units, axels, drives etc. Must have some experience working on bus, limo, RV or automobiles. Preferably working in manufacturing but not required.

PARTS SPECIALIST
Parts Specialist will be asked to work on prepping the buses. Must have some experience working on bus, limo, RV or automobiles. Preferably working in manufacturing but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve parts from inventory or suppliers as directed by job foremen.
- Organize and maintain inventory in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.
- Deliver parts to job sites or designated areas promptly and accurately.
- Assist in the tracking and documentation of parts usage and inventory levels.
- Communicate effectively with job foremen, suppliers, and other team members regarding parts availability and delivery timelines.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to reorder parts as necessary.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Kitting Accuracy: allowing manufacturers to accurately track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a parts technician, warehouse, or inventory role preferred.
- Strong understanding of parts and inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, inventory management systems).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to parts handling and delivery.
